Bozeman Concierge Medicine is an independent practice, free from the constraints of hospital administration and insurance companies. The barrier-free physician-patient alliance allows for a new level of individualized attention, considerations to comfort, streamlined processes, time optimization, coordination of care, and patient advocacy. Additional children are the same rate as an added third child - $500 per additional child.
Monthly Payment:
An Individual and Family Monthly Payment Plan is available upon request.
Passed Through at Cost:
Some items may be billed separately at the practice’s cost. This may include procedure supplies, IV supplies, medications, or vaccinations given in the office.
Insurance:
This practice does not bill or participate in insurance. Membership fees are separate from insurance and are not reimbursed by insurance. However, outside labs, imaging, diagnostic studies, and prescriptions may still be billed through your insurance or pharmacy benefits by those outside providers. Your doctor will advocate for you where necessary to ensure that covered services are reimbursed.
Not Covered by Membership:
Membership does not cover care delivered outside the office, including specialist visits, emergency-room care, hospital care, outside pharmacy costs, or services billed by third-party providers.
